Team Building

Successful work is acheived by healthy well-functioning teams.  Higher Ground Consulting offers a number of team building opportunities from a half day event to weekend retreats.  These opportunities are excellent for newly formed teams, teams that are currently experiencing relational challenges and teams that are preparing to explore a new project together.  

Assessment

Personal, process and program assessments are critical to an organizations ability to remain cutting edge and relevant to their clients.  Higher Ground Consulting offers a wide variety of assessment tools to help you personally grow as a leader, main stream processes for efficiency and increase effectiveness in program delivery. 

Coaching
