One of the most important endeavors of Higher Ground Consulting is to invest in our youth TODAY.  We believe firmly that youth are our leaders today and that ensuring they get the supports and opportunities they need to become healthy, productive, and civic-minded adults. 

As an employee of the Youth Development Network, Scott Mautte is able to use his over 20 years of working alongside of school districts, government agencies, faith-based organizations and other community-based organizations to help provide training and assessments based on strong youth development research.
